Hello,

My name is Abdulrahman and I was born in Kuwait. I'd like to tell you a piece of my story.

“Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. ”-
George Bernard Shaw

Through high school, I’ve grown in an international environment, with classmates from different parts of the world. This taught me many traditions from different countries and that everyone might behave and look different but that we are all the same. I have learned how to interact with people from different backgrounds and beliefs, as I have participated in many multi- cultural team projects and assignments.
My role model in life would be my older brother, studying abroad in really tough situations where he had no family or friends, luckily Penn State is a great university to adapt to. In less than a month he felt really welcomed to the city itself and mainly the University. He would always advise me to follow his footsteps but to make even more progress to be the son that my parents would be proud of.
